Course-Side Tents Available for 2013 UCI World Elite Cyclo-cross Championships

Louisville, KY - December 12, 2012. A limited number of course-side tents are now available for purchase for the 2013 UCI World Elite Cyclo-cross Championships which will be held on Feb. 2-3, 2013, at Eva Bandman Park. You and your friends can enjoy all the action from a reserved course-side with full access to the venue.
The 2013 UCI World Elite Cyclo-cross Championships will be the first time the 60-year-old event has been held outside of Europe. The Elites are expected to draw 5,000 to 10,000 fans and riders to Louisville from North America and Europe to participate in an event like no other, a high-energy mix of hard racing and celebration.
"The venue is perfect, it is world championships level." said American Cyclo-cross Champion Jeremy Powers (Rapha-Focus). The Eva BandmanPark course came through with flying colors in its final dry run at the Trek US Gran Prix of Cyclocross p/b Greenware® and WD-40 Bike Derby City Cup in November.
Powers, who swept the USGP weekend races in Louisville, added, "I hope that all the fans come out fort his historic event, we need a lot of American flags out there."

About the 2013 UCI Masters and Elite World Cyclo-cross Championships in Louisville, KY: The Elite World Championships events will take place in Louisville's, Eva Bandman Cyclocross Park on February 2nd and 3rd and the Masters on January 29th-February 1st at Champions Park.
